This wet wipes machine customized for Dominican customers has excellent performance. On the production side, it has a high-speed cutting capacity of 400-450 cuts/minute, easily achieving an output of 2700 pieces/minute, and continuously delivering products to the market; the packaging link is also efficient, with a speed of 40-70 packs/minute, ensuring that the finished products are quickly packaged and put on the market. Compatible with AC380V, 50/60HZ electricity, 18KW power is energy-saving and efficient, and the stable supply of 0.6-0.8Mpa air source ensures smooth operation of the machine.
In terms of design, it is flexible and considerate. The size of the whole machine is 10500mm×W2665mm×H2230mm, and the weight of 5000KG is easy to place without taking up too much space. The size and folding method of wet wipes can be customized at will, whether it is “C” type, “N” type, or wet toilet paper folding, from L100-260mm, W80-100mm to the widest 125mm folding size, and the unfolded size L100-260mm, W150-200mm can be expanded to the widest 250mm to meet the diverse market needs. Rich material adaptations such as spunlaced non-woven fabrics, wet toilet paper, hot-rolled cloth, etc., make creative wet wipe products easy to come into being.
