SUNY recently installed a 20 Roll Wet Wipes Production Line at a long-term Korean client’s facility. As one of our earliest customers in Korea, their continued trust highlights the reliability and innovation of SUNY equipment.
The new production line delivers exceptional performance with 300-450 cuts/min, 8000 sheets/min, and 65-80 packs/min. It requires AC380V; 50/60Hz; 41KW, operates at 0.6-0.8Mpa, and measures L26800mm × W3580mm × H2230mm, weighing 17000KG. This system is ideal for high-volume production while reducing labor costs. Our team ensured a smooth installation, providing on-site assembly, calibration, and training for the client’s operators.
The fully automated production line efficiently handles folding, moistening, cutting, and packaging, ensuring consistent quality for various wet wipes, including baby wipes, makeup remover wipes, hygiene wipes, and cleaning wipes.
